About Joel Poremba
Joel S. Poremba joined Clinton & Clinton in 2025. He was born in Los Angeles, California. While at Western State University College of Law, Mr. Poremba clerked for the Orange County District Attorney's Office where he handled DUI verification at arraignments; prosecuted matters in traffic court; filed and argued law and motion re defendant suppression motions re field-line ups and identifications.
Mr. Poremba excels in full litigation law and motion and discovery practice. He is experienced in heavy ESI protocol, ESI discovery process and ESI law and motion.
Mr. Poremba is the author of My Name is Staszek Surdel: The Improbable Holocaust Survival of Nathan Poremba, the Last Jew of Wieliczka, a memoir accepted into Yad Vashem's library among many other venues. Mr. Poremba spent thirteen (13) months and successfully lobbied to have the wording on a plaque at Yad Vashem changed regarding a famous photograph featured and discussed in his book.
Mr. Poremba is married and has two children.
