Ms. Ragland started her legal career as counsel for creditors in bankruptcy courts here all over the State of California. As a result, she became well acquainted with the federal law and procedure. Thereafter, she transitioned into becoming a civil litigator in the California state court.  Most of her clients were banks, credit unions and other financial institutions.
Ms. Ragland also worked in-house for Fidelity National Law Group for several years. At that position, she represented various title insurance companies in their state and federal litigation. 

Ms. Ragland is also a skilled negotiator and has successfully resolved cases for her clients. 

Ms. Ragland excels in law and motion practice, both in state and federal courts.  She has prevailed in several Motions for Summary Judgments. Having refined his electronic research skills, critical in modern litigation, Ms. Ragland is able to cite the leading authority or most analogous case, to best advance her clients' position.  

Ms. Ragland is a proud member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority. She is also an avid reader, who is a member of a book club. Lastly, she loves to travel and has visited six (6) continents!
