About Kevinn Souffrant
Kevinn M. Souffrant joined Clinton & Clinton in 2025. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts. While at Temple University Beasley School of Law, Mr. Souffrant was selected for the Federal Judicial Clerkship Honors Program where he clerked for Judge C. Darnell Jones II in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. After graduating, Mr. Souffrant also clerked for Judge Daine A. Gray Jr. in the Court of Common Pleas Family Division in Philadelphia.
Mr. Souffrant was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2021 and 2022 recognized for outstanding achievements and high peer recognition within the legal field.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Souffrant graduated from Villanova University where he earned the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance and International Business. While attending Villanova, Mr. Souffrant also studied abroad in Paris where he attended the Institut Catholique de Paris. After graduating, Kevinn worked at Deloitte Consulting, LLP in New York where he worked as a business technology analysist.
Mr. Souffrant has represented corporations, non-profit organizations, and governmental bodies, in employment, bodily injury and commercial litigation matters. He has been part of multi-party product liability cases, tort cases, commercial disputes, and government contract disputes.
Mr. Souffrant is fluent in French and is an avid fan of Real Madrid C.F.
