Marlon D'Oyen joined Clinton & Clinton in 2003. He was born in Fox Hills, California. Mr. D'Oyen attended Bishop Montgomery High School in Torrance, California where he lettered in varsity basketball while earning All-League, C.I.F. and City honors. During his time at the University of California at San Diego, Mr. D'Oyen served as a student representative on the Student Recruitment Commission and as an intern for the Dean of Student Affairs at Thurgood Marshall College assisting in the recruitment of underrepresented students. Mr. D'Oyen was admitted to the California Bar in 2002 and joined Clinton & Clinton in early 2003.
Since 2003, Mr. D'Oyen has vigorously defended his clients. His areas of practice include large catastrophic vehicle accidents, toxic litigation, asbestos exposure, products liability and wrongful death. Mr. D'Oyen has tried several jury trials and arbitrations and has successfully defended several on behalf of his clients resulting in favorable verdicts.
Mr. D'Oyen serves as a student mentor and youth basketball coach at local parks. Mr. D'Oyen is married and has two children.
