About Pouya Radfar

Pouya Radfar joined Clinton & Clinton in June 2025, bringing with him a highly defense-oriented approach and a strong research foundation developed through both legal practice and academic instruction. Prior to joining Clinton & Clinton, Mr. Radfar was an attorney with a Los Angeles area insurance defense firm where he defended corporations, insurers, and individuals in cases involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, product liability, construction defect, and consumer protection claims.

Mr. Radfar is known for his methodical case strategy, early evaluation, and precision in legal research and writing. His academic background includes teaching in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at California State University, Fullerton-an experience that sharpened his ability to break down complex issues, apply analytical reasoning, and present structured arguments, both in writing and in court.

Clients benefit from Mr. Radfar's emphasis on procedural control, focused discovery, and cost-efficient litigation planning. His prior experience as a business owner adds an additional layer of insight into the practical implications of legal disputes and the importance of outcome-driven strategy.

Mr. Radfar lives in Los Angeles and enjoys riding his BMW R18 motorcycle, cooking, traveling, and spending time with time with friends, family and his Doberman, Marshmallow.
