After being admitted to the California State Bar, Mr. Vandenberg served as in-house counsel for an Orange County-based tech startup, where he honed his skills in corporate governance, drafting complex agreements, and navigating regulatory compliance. Recognizing the value of maintaining a strong litigation foundation, he returned to his roots, joining a large personal injury firm in Downtown Los Angeles, to further refine his litigation and advocacy skills.

In 2025, Mr. Vandenberg joined Clinton & Clinton, bringing his unique blend of litigation and transactional expertise to the firm.
