About David Brand
David Brand joined Clinton & Clinton in 2023. He was born in Los Angeles, California. While at the Gould Scholl of Law, Mr. Brand was a member of the Board of editors of the Computer Law Journal and Major Tax Planning.
With over thirty years in general practice, Mr. Brand brings litigation and business experience to an understanding of the complex effects of litigation on insureds, and how best to extricate clients from difficult situations.
Mr. Brand also excels in law and motion practice. With the understanding that motions are won and lost on the written briefs, Mr. Brand has honed his legal research and writing skills to produce papers that catch the judge's attention and present the most convincing arguments based on the most recent and compelling law available.
Mr. Brand has been married since 1990.
