About David M. Hillings

Mr. Hillings joined Clinton & Clinton in 2021 and as a long time member of ABOTA, he has first chaired over 100 superior court jury trials to verdict  throughout California and has been an active trial lawyer his entire career.  He has tried cases involving claims for medical/dental malpractice, premises liability, automobile liability, intentional torts and property damage.  Prior to joining Clinton and Clinton, Mr. Hillings has been a partner and senior trial counsel at several well known insurance defense firms in Los Angeles and Orange counties.
