About E. Susie Mendoza

Ms. Mendoza joined Clinton & Clinton in 2021. Ms. Mendoza is a passionate and dedicated advocate, with a demonstrated ability to generate results. She is experienced in all aspects of case management and strategy, from pre-litigation through resolution.

Ms. Mendoza graduated from the University of San Francisco, School of Law, in 2018. While in law school she participated in the law school's Mediation Clinic, where she mediated small claims cases in the San Francisco Superior Court and assisted in mediations for certain family law cases in the Marin County Superior Court. Ms. Mendoza also participated in the law school's Intensive Advocacy Program and earned a certificate of Exemplary Performance for demonstrating skill, confidence, and competency in the fundamentals of trial practice. Ms. Mendoza also received a CALI award in the area of International Intellectual Property during her summer abroad at the University of Barcelona.

Prior to joining Clinton & Clinton Ms. Mendoza was an attorney with a defense firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. Ms. Mendoza's areas of experience include personal injury cases involving slip and falls on private, public, and commercial premises. She has experience with personal injury claims falling under the purview of the Government Tort Claims Act, and those involving products liability. While in law school and as a first-year attorney, Ms. Mendoza also handled cases involving landlord-tenant relationships. Currently, Ms. Mendoza focuses her practice on the defense of premises liability, products liability, general liability, and other civil litigation matters.
