About Hathanh Nguyen
Ms. Nguyen is involved in all aspects of litigation, including drafting and arguing a wide range of pleadings and motions;creating and pursuing strategic investigation and discovery plans; propounding and responding to discovery;conducting and defending depositions; building rlationships with clients and experts; and negotiating settlements and participating in various methods of ADR.
While in law school, Ms. Nguyen completed a study of International Copyright with an emphasis on the music and motion picture industries in London, England. Ms. Nguyen is fluent in Vietnamese.
