Holly Gagas joined Clinton & Clinton in 2000. She was promoted to partner in 2004, overseeing the firm's employment law and complex litigation department. She specializes in employment law claims, including defending against high damage discrimination and wage/hour claims, professional malpractice claims, bad faith insurance claims and the duty to defend and all types of product liability litigation. Ms. Gagas has at least a decade of complex, CD/engineering litigation defending general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals in multi-million commercial projects/private residences.
