About Holly R. Gagas

Holly Gagas joined Clinton & Clinton in 2000. She was promoted to partner in 2004, overseeing the firm's employment law and complex litigation department. Ms. Gagas attended law school at both Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts and Whittier Law School in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Gagas was a certified Law Clerk at the Los Angeles Distric Attorneys' Office throughout law school, where she gained extensive litigation experience while working on high profile cases.

Ms. Gagas has extensively practiced in employment and complex tort litigation throughout California. She specializes in employment law claims, including defending against high damage discrimination and wage/hour claims, professional malpractice claims, bad faith insurance claims and the duty to defend and all types of product liability litigation. Ms. Gagas has at least a decade of complex, CD/engineering litigation defending general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals in multi-million commercial projects/private residences. 

Ms. Gagas is a licensed real estate broker, license number 01948225, with experience in real estate litigation.  

Ms. Gagas' clients include many of the firm's Fortune 500 Companies and internationally renowned clients, including manufacturers and service clients. Ms. Gagas is admitted to practice in all California Courts, including the Central District and Southern District of California's Federal Courts.
