About John McDevitt

Mr. McDevitt joined Clinton & Clinton in 2013. He spent most of his 40 years in legal practice as an in-house litigation and coverage attorney. Prior to joining Clinton & Clinton, he worked for nearly 20 years as Assistant General Counsel with several large Fortune 500 Insurance Companies. In that role he furnished coverage advice and analysis on property, casualty and workers' compensation claims, managed complex litigation, and supported initiatives to control legal expenses.

Mr. McDevitt has given numerous speeches and presentations on a variety of topics, including Workers' Compensation Subrogation, Insurers' Expectations of Approved Panel Firms, and Fraud Immunity Laws and Unfair Claims Practice Laws. John and his wife, Ginger, have four children and reside in the Philadelphia area.
