About Mikoe Tretola

Mikoe Tretola joined Clinton & Clinton in 2024. He was born in San Bernardino, California. While in law school, Mr. Tretola received two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for his excellent achievement in the studies of Trial Advocacy and the Anti-Discrimination: Education Law seminar where he completed his upper division writing requirement. During the fall semester of his 2L year, he began serving as a law clerk for a plaintiff's side employment law firm where he found his affinity for civil litigation. Mr. Tretola also passed the California bar exam on his first attempt in October 2020.

Mr. Tretola has spent the early years of his legal career engaging in nearly all aspects of civil litigation including extensive law and motion practice, negotiations, oral argument, and alternative dispute resolution.  He now uses his knowledge of the plaintiff's side to vigorously defend and achieve the most favorable outcomes for his clients. His areas of practice include catastrophic injury, wrongful death, real property disputes, and premises liability. Most importantly, Mr. Tretola's competitive drive and overly dedicated work ethic make him a favorite of his clients and well respected amongst his opposing counsel.
