About Steven Mitchel

Steven M. Mitchel joined Clinton & Clinton in 2024. A third generation Californian, Mr. Mitchel has spent his career litigating in California and other Western State and Federal Courts.

As the Western Region Trial Counsel for a Fortune 500 Company for 15 years, Mr. Mitchel gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in trial work, evaluating and positioning cases so that maximum value could be obtained for the Client.   


Never one to sit on his laurels, Mr. Mitchel obtained his Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in 2016. He has used this added knowledge to bring a strategic benefit to his clients that combines a savvy trial lawyer with solid business acumen.    

Mr. Mitchel is engaged to be married in 2025 and spends his free time chasing his passions of golf skiing and scuba diving with his fiancée Melissa.
