About Susan Gavigan

Susan Gavigan was a partner in Polsky and Gavigan until Ms. Polsky-also her mother- retired in 2017. Ms. Gavigan continued the practice until 2023 when she retired. Retirement was short lived when she joined Clinton & Clinton as a part time attorney. Ms. Gavigan is particularly happy to be practicing law alongside her daughter Lindsay, also an attorney with the firm.

Ms. Gavigan is an experienced litigator and advocate. In addition to practicing in state courts, she has also argued before the California Court of Appeals. In family law and criminal law Ms. Gavigan learned how to cultivate client relationships. It is a skill she employs daily at the firm.
