About Todd M. Austin
Todd M. Austin joined Clinton & Clinton in 2002. He was born in Fullerton, California. While at Whittier Law School, Mr. Austin received nine CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, including Civil Procedure, Evidence, and Constitutional Law, and he was a member of the Dean's List throughout his law school tenure.
Never afraid of confrontation, Mr. Austin has become one of the firm's more experienced trial attorneys. Through such jury trial experience, which has yielded a deeper understanding of how juries evaluate evidence and arguments, Mr. Austin is better able to serve all his clients.
Mr. Austin also excels in law and motion practice. Having refined his electronic research skills, critical in modern litigation, Mr. Austin is able to cite to the leading authority or most analogous case, to best enhance his clients' position. Additionally, with a belief that motions are often won or lost by the attorney's ability to follow the procedural rules often, Mr. Austin's clients receive a strategic benefit from his firm command of the Code of Civil Procedure in both pre-trial and post-trial motions.
Mr. Austin is married and has three children.
